Becka, I think she got it at Target. But it was a couple of weeks ago and it was on clearance at the time, so I'm not sure it would still be there. But it would be worth the try to find it...it is darling!
I now own the sweater! :) Ellie got it for her birthday from someone who didn't even know I NEEDED it! yay!
So cute! I can't believe how big she's gotten!
