Today, our sweet little Owen is four. I can hardly believe it. He will always be my baby, even if his body isn't so baby-ish anymore. I love that boy more than I can express! We celebrated his birthday on Saturday with a fun-filled circus party. Daddy even dressed up like a clown and made balloon creations for the kids! (let's not forget to mention the fact that a few of the kids were a little scared by the clown...but hey, the adults got a kick out of him) Thank you to all of our friends and family that came to celebrate Owen's life. We are so blessed to have so many people in our lives that we truly love and cherish. Even though it was a bit crowded and, if we're totally honest, chaotic at times, there's no way we could have a party without every single one of you! I mean it when I say we cherish all of you, so thank you for coming!
Also, I definitely owe an apology to all of the parents who had to teach their children an unwanted lesson in death by sending home nearly dead Goldfish with all of you. It was a fun
idea but was not very well thought out on my part. I promise I won't send any live animal home with you again!
